I like Xabi Alonso, but it is hard to believe that he knows more about the game than most top coaches…!!! …There is a good chance that Xabi will be destroyed at Bayern Munich or at Liverpool, because the expectations are so high. By contrast, the expectations at Bayer Leverkusen is usually so low that even if Xabi keep them only in the top division, it is considered a big victory.

It actually makes sense for Xabi to move to Bayern.. same league, playing same teams, no other team comes close and easy CL quarter spot guaranteed. As for moving to LFC, different league, teams and Pep reigning over the land.

JULS, Arteta was only an assistant before taking Arsenal's job. Wenger was managing in Japan before Arsenal. Xabi's ONE FULL SEASON is arleady breaking Bundesliga undefeated record that Pep Guardiola couldn't do.

either stay or go to Liverpool. going to Bayern is a lateral move and the club is toxic. and i would only go to Liverpool if you get assurances from Salah personally that he is staying next season. best option might be to stay at Leverkusen for another year or 2 and wait for the Real Madrid job.

Xabi has done basically nothing yet. Why is he being treated like a god? LFC or FCB are both huge jobs, for different reasons. Also Gab, you'r anti German, is surfacing again. Winning the BL is nothing?

Xavi should stay put at Bayer for another season. And try to repeat the league success along with champions league campaign. He will have less pressure to deal with. I don’t think for a minute that Liverpool job will be easier than Bayern Job. He might have to deal with Salah and Van Dyek both leaving.

If alonso has a choice between Liverpool & Bayern he’d be an idiot to pick bayern , following on the footsteps of Klopp might be hard however i don’t think there was a manager who left on his own accord without getting sacked leaving behind a better squad/club , Liverpool are healthy financially the squad is fantastic bar 1 or 2 signings the youth system has been polished and is now producing talented players , the team has a winning mentality knows how to win trophies the dressing room isn’t toxic no press leaks no bad blood nothing just men doing their thing also new training facility the biggest capacity anfield has had since idk forever so yeah give me lfc all day , bayern is a toxic environment last season they sacked a manager who was on course for a treble in april let that sink in also didn’t he just spanked bayern 3-0 & is walking the league

Any one who becomes a manager in clubs like Bayern, Real and Barca are going to be always in pressure. You lose two match then you are already in hot waters. But, that's the mentality keeping Bayern and Real at the top like almost all the time.
