for some reason bayern's midfield mix does not seem right and they did not really establish a solid presence in the middle of the pitch. kimmich was too often dropping in deep with the defenders to get his touches and goretzka was denied his touches, while musiala seemed to be playing too high up. they were at their best only when the ball went to sane and gnabry.

Watching AEK take the lead for the 3rd time against Brighton with 6mins to go, shows how poorly our players fight in a match we would lose today at OT against AEK! 🤧

    9 first team players unavailable.
    Bayern played their strongest team.
    Home advantage for Bayern.
    Questionable penalty given.
    Goalkeeper mistake.
Still dominated for the first 25-30mins.
Scored 3 goals at their ground.
Always in the game and threatening.
I think United win at OT.

The Key-Player in Bayern's system and Tuchel's gameplan ist Musiala. He is the player that can create out of nowhere a chance like for Gnabry. The would habe an assist for Sane, too.
Than the game would habe ended at 4-1.

Bayern had a lot of gas in their tannk. As soon as Man Utd turned up their game Bayern came up and gave them a hook in their face.

If Paulinho join them i winter I think that Bayern and Man City will win the UCL.

1:25 that wasn’t Casemiro’s man, it was McTominay who was 5 feet from Kimmich and stood and watched instead of pressing Kimmich. Wasn’t the first time McTominay showed 0 effort yesterday either.

I've always enjoyed Gab and Juls point of view. They are the most knowledgeable pundits on this channel. This was a more realistic take than what they so called players gave in Burley, Ale and such. Bayern were clearly better especially on the wings and offensively but their defense was lacking. Utd came back with two goals and if you also count a very soft penalty 3-3 would be a reasonable score.
