Bayern aren't gonna keep Gravenberch for 10 years. At max 2.5 years. Bayern board just introduced the Ajax/Dortmund model this year of investing in young players, developing them & then selling them for huge amounts in 2-3 years. I think Gravenberch is the start of that new Bayern project. Bayern need money to compete against oil clubs & PL clubs TV revenue. Rn all big clubs except Real Madrid need midfielders in the medium-term. Literally u can write down all super League clubs+PSG on a paper & except Real Madrid everyone will need new midfielders in next 2-3 years. So in 2-3 year cycle there'll be a huge demand for midfielders & at that time Gravenberch can easily be sold for Pogba level prices. That's why Bayern invested so much in Gravenberch. They're gonna triple or maybe quadruple their investment in 2-3 years since they got one of the most promising midfielders in the world. Moreover this deal also includes a sell-on clause of 7.5% of future deal so u can easily notice what the intended plans r with Gravenberch

Fabrizio- AS Monaco have no intention to accept less than €80m for Aurélien Tchouaméni. He’s giving priority to Real Madrid as he already told his teammates – but nothing done or completed yet. Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool are still in direct contact with his agents.
